Ahmed Ellatter (fondly known as AL) trained in France at the Sorbonne, where he developed his culinary style. He and his wife Irene have been awarded 3 stars by the Ocala Star-Banner. They have also received the Pewter Platter Award at the Taste of Ocala; CFCC's Best Culinary Presentation Award, at the Mardi Gras Festival, and the Peoples Choice Award.
They have catered events for Governor Jeb Bush and Sheriff Ed Dean and if you have ever attended a large event in Marion county it was probably catered by Brick City Catering. They bring the taste of New York to Ocala.

   Irene is well known for her baking.
They taste as good as they look! Everything  is fresh baked and homemade.
